Individualized care plan from skilled professionals
Private Duty Nursing Services (PDN) are skilled nursing services provided by Registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) continuously. PDN services are provided under the direction of a written individualized plan of care signed by a physician. The services are for clients of any age with complex medical needs in their homes. The complexity of a patient’s medical condition and required course of treatment determine whether an RN or an LPN should provide care.
